Papireto is an annual interdisciplinary online scientific journal, founded by Luigi Agus and Giancarlo Germanà Bozza, which aims to be a meeting place and a comparison between different methodological and disciplinary approaches, focusing on the visual arts from antiquity to the contemporary. The mission is to welcome contributions, rigorously selected through double-blind peer review, from art history, anthropology, archaeology and aesthetics, through which different comparative readings of artistic phenomena of the past and present can be provided, making them accessible to the scientific community through an open access journal.
