Аннотация:
The International Journal of Law in Changing World (The IJLCW) is an independent international double-blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles on contemporary topics related to transforming law. Several overlapping perspectives on these issues exist in the multi-layered context of the 21st century. The IJLCW was created to show these perspectives and find the solutions to the legal issues that arise from the constantly changing world.
IJLCW's Aims and Scope are the transformations of the world and their impact on the law and society. Thus, the journal focuses on (but is not restricted to) analysis of new social challenges and their effects on the law, such as the emergence of digital technologies and issues of regulation, environmental and sustainability issues, etc.
