Аннотация:В монографии рассматривается теория и методология экологической геоморфологии - нового прикладного научного направления, изучающего рельеф, его происхождение, возраст и эволюцию, процессы рельефообразования, их роль и функции в сложной системе "природа-хозяйство-население" с целью оптимизации условий жизнедеятельности человека. На основе разработанных методов проанализированы структура, функционирование и состояние эколого-геоморфологической системы на примере территории России.
Монография рассчитана на геоморфологов, географов, экологов и других специалистов, интересующихся современными проблемами человека, а также может быть использована в учебном процессе.
This book focuses on the theory and methodology of Ecological Geomorophology - a new applied scientific discipline concerned with the study of landforms, especially the genesis, age, evolution and processes envolved in the relief formation as well as their role and functions in a complex system "nature-economy-population" with particular regard to the optimization of human life and activity conditions. On the basis on the elaborated methods the structure, functioning and state on the ecogeomorphological systev of Russia have been analysed.
