Аннотация:Polycrystalline (PbO)(x)(La2MoO6)((1-x)/2) (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.34, 0.4) samples have been prepared by solid-state reactions near 900 degrees C. Phase-pure compounds with the layered tetragonal La2MoO6 structure have been obtained in the range 0 < x < 0.34. Pb doping of La2MoO6 has been shown to cause an unusual effect: a reversible phase transition at 775 degrees C, accompanied by a jump in electrical conductivity by two orders of magnitude (superionic transition) and an anomaly in permittivity, which is related to the structural features of oxymolybdates.
