Аннотация:Among the most important factors that affected of the Caspian Sea ecosystem stability is the sea level fluctuations, which is subject to constant changes (Fig.). The most popular point of view showed that fluctuations are closely related to the Volga runoff (according to researchers opinion that its annual «contribution» is a quarter of the entire sea volume) and other inflowing rivers variation, which in turn is caused by human impact and climate change. In order to understand the causes of sea level changes we compiled database (the period 1878 - 2007) in which we collected data the average annual values of climatic and hydrological parameters and characteristics of possible anthropogenic impact. Then the data matrix was analyzed by pair correlations method.
