Аннотация:In this work, we demonstrate a single-mode squeezed light source in a dual-pumped integrated ring microresonator, and map the dependence of the noise quadrature on pump laser frequency detuning, achieving 1 dB of squeezing at the optimal operating point. We further demonstrate that utilizing common-pass local oscillator approach by passing the local oscillator through the same optical amplification stages as the pumps reduces its integrated phase noise RMS to 1.72∘, enabling minute-scale stable noise measurements.
