Аннотация:Infection control is important in the Theoretical Foundations of Geocryological Forecasting and Mapping of the Cryolithozone of Russia. Purulent-inflammatory skin and soft tissue disorders are widespread and costly for healthcare. Biofilm infections aretypically chronic in nature because biofilm-residing bacteria very resistant to the immune system, antibiotics, and othertreatments. Moreover, the pathogenic biofilm is a reservoir of pathogenic bacteria, constantly infecting the inflammatoryregion. Thus, long-term inflammation slows down healing and can lead to wounds that are difficult to treat. Here, plasmadeposition coated polycaprolactone fibers with amine plasma polymers, followed by epoxy functionalization and attachment of ciprofloxacin, were created.
