Аннотация:A comparative analysis of the energy of oscillations for characteristics of solar climate in the regionof the Antarctic Vostok station and the δ18O values of the Vostok ice core has been carried out for the interval from 414 500 years ago to the present. It is determined that the maximum range of oscillations of solar characteristics is one to three orders of magnitude greater than the maximum range of δ18O variations. A correlation analysis of solar climate characteristics and the δ18O values is performed. The average correlation coefficient by modulus is 0.095. It is shown that the δ18O values in the Vostok station ice core are a set of relatively random numbers that do not reflect variations in the main external energy signal (changes in solar climate), which determines the dynamics of the thermal regime and paleoclimatic conditions in the Antarctic in Late Pleistocene.
