Аннотация:The nonproportionality of the scintillation yield in single-crystal and ceramic samples of doped with Ce and pairs
(Ce,Tb) or (Ce,Pr) aluminum-gallium garnets with with the increase of a number of heavy cations in the
composition: Gd3(Al,Ga)5O12, Y3(Al,Ga)5O12, (Gd,Y)3(Al,Ga)5O12, and (Gd,Y,Lu)3(Al,Ga)5O12 have been investigated. It was found that the shift in the Al/Ga ratio from 2/3 to 2.5/2.5 in the compound reduces the nonproportionality of the scintillation yield. The introduction of lutetium ions into the matrix in the (Gd,Y,Lu)3(Al,
Ga)5O12 compound ensures a decrease in the nonproportionality of the scintillation yield to 2 % when registering
gamma-rays of 59.6 and 662 keV.
