Аннотация:Highlights•The study introduces a scanless tunable LED illuminator operating at 660 nm, specifically designed for uniform irradiation in photodynamic therapy applications.•The illuminator is capable of delivering power outputs between 1 to 20 mW/cm catering to varying therapeutic needs.•The research evaluates the temporal stability of the illuminator’s output power, emission spectrum, and temperature, ensuring consistent and reproducible light dosages for effective treatment.•The device’s effectiveness was tested on various cell cultures (CT26, U-87, 4T1, N2A, 22RV1, and B16F10) using photodynamic dyes, including Photoditazine (PD) and Photosens (PS).
