Аннотация:Click chemistry, renowned for its high chemical efficiency, finds extensive use in synthesis, with the [3+2]-cycloaddition of azides and alkynes (the Huisgen reaction) being a prime example. This reaction provides access to 1,2,3-triazoles, a significant family of heterocyclic compounds with diverse applications [1]. Pure organic triazoles with their biological activity are mainly used in medicine. The properties of these triazoles can benotably enhanced by introducing germyl-containing substituents, leading to promising luminescent, semiconducting, pharmacophoric, and antibacterial characteristics. While our prior research focused on 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles bearing R3Ge- and R3GeGeR2-groups [2, 3] , the work described here the synthesis and study of their 1,5-disubstituted analogues. The target products were studied by several methods: NMR spectroscopy, UV/visible pectroscopy, luminescence, X-ray structural analysis , and mass spectrometry. Data on the antitumor, antifungal and antimicrobial properties of these compounds were obtained also.
