Аннотация:Development of novel synthetic methodologies for biologically active compoundsrepresents a critical tool for organic chemists. This complex process requires in-depth knowledgeof organic chemistry, an understanding of the fundamental principles governing theactivity of biologically active compounds, and insight into pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.Recently, the synthesis of saturated heterocyclic compounds has attractedconsiderable attention, as these structural motifs are frequently encountered in natural products,and methods for their synthesis hold significant interest in constructing new chemicalplatforms in drug discovery. Pyrrolidine derivatives occupy a prominent position in suchinvestigations, as these compounds exhibit a broad spectrum of biological activities [1–7].Various pyrrolidine derivatives demonstrate anticancer [8–11], antibacterial [12–15], andantiviral [16–20] activities.
