Аннотация:The paper studies large (D > 200 km) impact formations on the surface of the Moon. Twogroups of structures are considered: those known since themiddle of the last century and those discoveredin recent decades using the LRO, Clementine, Lunar Prospector, GRAIL and other probes. A comparisonis made of such parameters as the depth-to-diameter ratio, the formation period, the thickness of the lunarcrust at the impact sites and the characteristics of the gravitational field in the area of the structures. Theresults of the comparison show that there are no significant differences in these parameters between thetwo groups structures.
