Аннотация:The paper presents the results of a study of proton-induced reaction cross-sections on natural scandium targets using the activation method. New experimental data concerning reaction cross-sections was obtained for a proton energy of 160MeV. Cross-sections of (p, XpYn) reactions were measured for nuclei with a half-life greater than 30min. Theoretical estimates of reaction cross-sections were made within the framework of the statistical model of the nucleus using the TALYS1.96 program code and the INCL intranuclear cascade model. It has been demonstrated that the intranuclear cascade model provides a satisfactory description of all experimental results. Conversely, calculations performed using the TALYS1.96 software code yield underestimated results.
