Аннотация:Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, 119991 Russia The 18O(t, p) 20O reaction is used to investigate the neutron periphery of the ground state of the20O nucleus. The experimental differential cross section of the reaction is consistent with the theoreticalone, determined with allowance for the mechanisms of dineutron stripping and sequential neutron transfer. The reconstructed wave functions of the dineutron and virtual neutrons relative to the core make it possibleto calculate the dimensions of the neutron skin layer in the 20O nucleus. The presence of a two-neutronperiphery in the ground state of the 20O nucleus is confirmed in the form of a sufficiently extended skin layer in both the dineutron and cigar-shaped configurations. The investigation was carried out within the framework of the state assignment of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
