Аннотация:The front cover illustrates the different efficiency of two photocatalysts in the Ni/photoredox amination of arylhalides. Photocatalysts are depicted as cats with different characters. When irradiated "in flow", the more active, classical iridium photocatalyst produces nickel nanoparticles (NiNPs) and nickel black, which leads to deactivation of the catalytic system. The less active, hybrid ruthenium photocatalyst provides an optimal rate of nickel reduction: as a result, the catalytic system is more effective.
