Аннотация: There are two main types of diseases associated with centrosome dysfunction: cell cycle disorders, which in most cases lead to cancer, and defects in the formation of centriole-associated axonemes in cilia and flagella, known as ciliopathies. This chapter provides a detailed description of both types of these disorders and their associated diseases.
