- Аннотация: A new approach to the creation of wound dressings are PCL membranes immobilized with baneocin with 2-6 wt.% CuO NPs.Modified fibers have a high tensile strength, which is superior to many commercially available wound dressings.For the first time, the ability of baneocin to increase the survival of fibroblasts has been demonstrated.PCL and PCL-COOH-Ban materials with a CuO content of 2 wt.% did not cause hemolysisModified fibers have excellent bactericidal and fungicidal effects
