Аннотация:The extraction of selected f-element cations (including Ln, Am, Cm), as well as Sc and Y, using a new aryl-substituted diglycolamide was studied. It was found that the compositions of the extracted compounds, as well as the selectivity of extraction, depend to a large extent on the nature of the diluent. When benzene was used as a diluent, a fairly high Am/Cm separation factor (about 3) was obtained. The use of UV–Vis spectrophotometry and IR spectroscopy methods made it possible to study the features of Nd(III) complex formation with the studied ligand. Using Am(III), the influence of the counterion on the interphase distribution of M(III) in systems based on N,N′-diisopropyl-N,N′-diphenyldiglycolamide (DiPrDPhDGA) was studied.
