Аннотация:Today the development of contrary tendencies and interests of social groups and individuals in the survey and subsurface use, their useful properties and mineral resources have reached the highest level. In these circumstances, justice becomes a key moral category of geoethics. In ethical theory there are the classic conceptions of justice of Aristotle, T. Hobbes, J-J. Rousseau, I. Kant, J. Rawls, M. Nussbaum, R. Nozick, O. Heffe, K. Ballestrem. However, these conceptions are insufficient if applied to the subsurface use. According to Aristotle there are of two types of justice: the distributive one and equalizing one. Inability to reconcile these two types of justice, especially in the subsurface use, is a source of constant debates about the essence of justice. The proposed concept of justice is eclectic. It provides:1.Definition of the concept "justice" in subsurface and mineral resources use and the distribution of income derived from it;2.Identification of main formal parameters of the expected results;3.Principles and models of equitable use and distribution of revenues from the use of mineral resources, its mineral properties and mineral resources. The fundamental insolvability of problem of international justice is established.
