- Аннотация: Dielectric and conducting properties of the heterosubstitured perovskite-like solid solutions (La,Sr)(Ga,Me)03, Me=Mg,Fe were studied. The relaxation behavior of ceramics were revealed. The application of the model of vacancy electron transport was determined for dipole relaxation.
