Аннотация:In this work a problem of electromagnetic plane wave passing through two-dimensional photonic crystal waveguiding systems based on a cuprite (Cu2O) is considered. All calculations were carried out in near infrared region of radiation where the refraction factor remains the same, using Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD), Total-field/Scattered-field (TF/SF) and Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) methods for numerical simulation.
