Аннотация:The dependence between the scattered electromagnetic field and the configuration of the reflected surface is investigated. The mathematical statement of the direct problem is the solution of Maxwell's equations in the half-space with unregular boundary. The boundaries under consideration may be periodic in one direction or unperiodic. These boundaries assumed to be cylindrical and either conducting or the interface between two semiinfinite media characterized by permittivity and permeability. The vector electromagnetic problem is reduced to two separate scalar problems corresponding to E- and H-polarization. Using the suitably chosen two-dimensional Green's function we obtain either the integral equation or the systems of the separate integral equations. For the numerical calculations we constract the regularization algorithm based on the logarithmic singularity's extraction in the kernels of the integral equations.
