Аннотация:We investigate two mathematical models for solving the problem of reflection of a plane H-polarized electromagnetic wave from an irregular media interface. A transparent periodic wavy interface between two media and a perfectly conducting plane with a rather extensive finite pimply impedance section are taken as reflecting surfaces. The method of integral equations is used to construct numerical algorithms. Integrated characteristics of the electromagnetic field and the current distribution at the interface are investigated. Recommendations for the optimal choice of the simplest mathematical model are given on the basis of computational experiments depending on the geometric and electromagnetic parameters in the reflection problem under study.
