Аннотация:Work is devoted to development of a neuronetwork activity visualization method of a human brain at cognitive processes. 25 healthy examinees volunteers took part in experiments (13 men and 12 women at the age of 20-35 years). All examinees were interrogated about existence of craniocereberal traumas and other diseases of nervous system. The technique of experiments is approved by committee on ethics at IHNA&NPh RAS. This work was supported by RFBR grant 13-04-02036. Three types of tasks were shown: 1. 9 block paradigms were presented to each examinee, each of which lasted 3 min. and consisted of 3 blocks. Each block consisted of basic stimulation (a point of fixing or an experimental paradigm) and an experimental paradigm lasting 30 sec. The experimental paradigms were: imagining that you are the participant of the two different videos («delivering a lecture» and «sky diving»), watching the two videos, immediate presentation after watching, and delayed presentation of the videos. 2. The serial visual stimulus was executed for each examinee in the photostimulation experiments: for each of light waves lengths (440, 515, 575, 650 nanometers) at 10 and 24 Hz frequencies. The white light presentation was carried out at frequencies of 2, 5, 10, 20, 24, 30 Hz; the presentations with weakening of brightness on 1, 2 and 3 orders were executed an additional series for the frequency of 10 Hz. The activation paradigm was the block: 15 sec. rest and 15 sec. binocular stimulation, 3 blocks. 3. The EEG and fMRI-data were recorded at the closed and open eyes at resting state (6 minutes for each of conditions). The fMRI, DTI and anatomy data were obtained on the basis of Philips Achieva MRI (3.0 T; gradient 80 mT/m) and Magnetom Verio Siemens MRI (3.0 T; gradient 45 mT/m). The EEG recording was carried out on 128-channel system with the GPS device for the electrodes localization digitization (Electrical Geodesic Inc, Oregon, USA). The stimulus presentation was carried out with help of the program E-prime-2 (Psychology Software Tools, Inc, USA). The next programs were used for MRI and EEG data processing: SPM8, GIFT software package, Caret 5.62, BrainLock6, BLview, Loreta, Statistica 7. The ICA method was used for the analysis of fMRI and EEG signals, then the obtained data were combined with DTI data. In the results the human brain neural networks were defined and investigated their work in the cognitive processes (task 1, 2) and at the resting state (task 3).
