Аннотация:A method is proposed for analytical description of current transients at the template-assisted elec- trodeposition of metal into porous films in anodic aluminum oxide (AAO). The template-assisted electrode- position of copper and gold is accomplished. For the copper electrodeposition, it is shown that the experi- mental data are in quantitative agreement with the calculated values of current without any fitting parameters. The parameters of the AAO film structure including the conicity of pores and the number of dead-end chan- nels are measured and their effect on the process of template-assisted electrodeposition is studied
