Аннотация:Epitaxial LuΒa2Cu3O7-δ films were prepared by flash evaporation MOCVD on LaAlO3, SrΤiO3, LaSrGaO4 and ΖrO2 (Y2O3) single crystalline substrates. The highest Τc and jc (77 K, 100 Oe) values were 89 K,2.7x 10 6 A/cm2 (LaΑIO3) and 88 K, 1.5x 10 6 A/cm2 (SrΤiO3) respectively. The occurrence of secondary phases inclusions in LuBa2Cu3O7-δ films correlateswith the possibility of epilaxial relations with the film matrix or the substrate.
