Аннотация:The problem of transition to a qualitatively new level of functioning is fundamental, requires not only the State approach, but also the development of new and improvement of traditional models and systems of management [1]. The solution of the problem of low applicability of innovative developments in the field of agro-industrial production requires new approaches to the organization of innovation process management [2]. The study presents a model of the system that allows to ensure the large-scale implementation of scientific and technical developments in the regional agro-industrial complex through the creation of an information base of innovations and ensuring high interest of participants of the sectoral innovation process. The purpose of innovation implementation in any field of activity is an increase in volume and level of the applied knowledge, in agriculture - an increase of quantity and quality of the new equipment and technologies, new materials, new varieties, new breeds of animals, used in the agrarian production. To the present day, this purpose remains unattainable [3]. The innovation implementation as a stage of the innovation process is a "weak link" not only in the field of agro-industrial production. However, blocking of the large-scale implementation of completed and tested scientific and technical developments cause the most significant damage in this sector of economy especially. The developed system of innovation implementation in the agro-industrial complex will cover all stages of the process - from an identification of needs for research to a large-scale implementation of developments. In addition, this system will allow to unite the efforts of all participants of the innovation process (management bodies of the agro-industrial complex, scientific and educational institutions, implementational formations, financial and credit organizations, agricultural enterprises and processors of agricultural products).
