Аннотация: Recruitment is one of the most important parts of a business. To make it more effective it is possible to use neuro-linguistic programming while conducting an interview. NLP can help to understand if a particular applicant is motivated and psychologically suitable for a particular position.An interviewer can find out a person`s metaprogrammes. Metaprogrammes are the filters or psychological qualities through which people perceive reality. If metaprogrammes, that a person has, are suitable for a particular position, his\her work will be effective and adaptation will be easy.
