Аннотация: Current-voltage characteristics of a ballistic constriction SS'cS'S with disordered S'S electrodes are calculated. The relation between a quasiparticle current and electronic densities of states in S'S proximity bilayer is found for arbitrary transparency of the constriction. Excess current at large voltages and subharmonic structure at low bias are analyzed in detail and related to the parameters of the S and S' materials and to the transparency of the S'S interface.
