Аннотация:The aggressive type of behavior is formed in male mice as a result of repeated experience of victories in daily agonistic confrontations under the sensory contact model. Some behavioral domains confirm the development of learned aggression in males (winners) similar to those in humans. These features are: repeated experience of aggression reinforced by victories; elements of learned behavior after confrontations; intent, measured by an increase in aggressive motivation; decreased emotionality. Positive fighting experience in daily intermale confrontations is accompanied by changes in individual and social behaviors, these having been estimated in varied situations. Activation of brain dopaminergic systems and functional inhibition of serotonergic system were found in the winners. Changed reaction to activating and inhibiting effects of opioid drugs was revealed in male mice under repeated aggression. As a result of misbalance in brain neurotransmitter systems, the winners develop pronounced anxiety, pathological aggression, malignancy, hostility, manic-like states, disturbances in social recognition, addiction to aggression etc.
