Аннотация:This article attempts to describe the image of a true civil servant. When analyzing the portrait of a civil servant, the author divides his or her personal characteristics into three groups: absolute virtues, relative virtues and absolute vices. According to the author, such analysis helps to recreate the psychological portrait of a true civil servant.
