Аннотация:For the stochastic differential equation $$dX(t)= \biglaX(t)+ bX(t-1)\bigr dt+dW(t),\quad t\ge 0,$$ the local asymptotic properties of the likelihood function are studied. They depend strongly on the true value of the parameter $\vartheta= (a,b)^*$. Eleven different cases are possible if $\vartheta$ runs through $\bbfR^2$. Let $\widehat\vartheta_T$ be the maximum likelihood estimator of $\vartheta$ based on $(X(t)$, $t\ge T)$. Applications to the asymptotic behaviour of $\widehat\vartheta_T$ as $T\to \infty$ are given.
