Аннотация:The chapter presents information on present day understanding of hydrological conditions of the Black and Azov seas. Special attention is paid to describing of water balance, temperature and salinity conditions, currents, waves and ice regimes for the both of seas. Dynamics of the oxygen regime and its depending of the accumulation of vast masses of the products of decomposition of organic matter and high temperature have been showed. Also represented were the main data on the geographical location and morphological characteristics of the basins of the seas.
