- Аннотация: Examples of estimates of the information content of multispectral satellite MSS images are considered. The advantages of a fully integrated representation of the measures of the information content of selected images relative to one- and two-dimensional brightness histograms of MSS images are shown. The information-theoretic representation permits a comparison of multitemporal data and data acquired by different measuring equipments, which facilitates a solution of the problem of the prediction of possible changes in a specific area under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors.
