Equations for the Green function and correlation tensor of a magnetic field are derived in a second order approximation of the velocity amplitude of a conducting fluid. The time spectrum of the flow was taken into account in the approximation. It is shown that the mean magnetic field decays with time as it approaches infinity, and that the turbulent diffusion coefficient for the flow can be determined by the values of the time spectrum at zero frequency. For large Reynolds numbers, it was found that the correlation tensor and the magnetic energy of the conducting flow grew exponentially with time.
