- Аннотация: A digital transformation framework is proposed and its key components are considered, which are realized at separate stages. Particular attention is paid to the monitoring system, which provides feedback for managing the processes of digital transformation of large socio-economic systems. Examples of the digital transformation framework application to strategic planning and digital economy development processes implementation at the country, territory or industry level are given.
