Аннотация:The paper deals with special cases of attributive usage of Hindi Perfect participles, mainly in contexts 'NP1 - pp - NP2'wherein the participial relativizer syntactically modifies NP2 serving as 'head' and shows agreement with the latter in gender, number and case. The provided analysis demonstrates that the explanations for modifying potentialities of Hindi pp are to be based not on syntax alone but also on semantics and pragmatics.
