Аннотация:In addition to ferroelectric transitions, potassium niobate-borate K3Nb3B2O12 (KNB) and Nb-doped potassium-titanyl phosphate K1-xTi1-xNbxOPO4 (KTP : Nb) crystals also exhibit superionic transitions with considerable jumps of electric conductivity. In the crystals of the KTP family, the latter transitions are observed for the first time. The temperature of their occurrence depends on the composition and the thermal history of the specimens. The jumps in conductivity of the KNB crystals are related to the structural phase transitions.
