Аннотация:We consider the problem of diffraction of a plane electromagnetic wave field on a transparent interface containing a local inhomogeneity. For the case of E-polarization,we obtain integral representations of the field in all domains of its propagation. They are used for the derivation of Fredholm integral equations of the second kind whose solutions permit one to compute electromagnetic fields at any point of the wave propagation domain.
