Исследовать влияние пространственно-временных представлений на трансформацию идентичности человека в ходе культурно-исторического развития. Актуальность исследования обосновывается необходимостью системного изучения воздействия изменений культурно-исторической среды, в т.ч. технологического прогресса на идентичность человека. Научная новизна исследования определяется спецификой задач, связанных с выявлением и описанием когнитивно-личностных факторов формирования патологических паттернов идентификации и радикалистской идеологии в условиях нестабильности хронотопа информационного общества и диффузии ценностей постмодерной культуры. Вводятся и обосновываются два новых для психологии понятия: «символический хронотоп» и «дисформативная идентичность», позволяющие трансформировать представления о хронотопе, остающиеся для психологии по преимуществу метафорой, в психологически обоснованный конструкт и предложить возможные механизмы его влияния на идентичность личности. В первой части «Динамическая идентичность» предлагается авторское понимание идентичности не как устойчивого и четко определенного конструкта, а как «точки сборки» личности в изменчивом символическом хронотопе, вписанном в культурно-исторический контекст. Анализируется эволюция пространственно-временного восприятия мира, способов его объективации, оценки размерности, адаптации к нему. В качестве перспективы обсуждаются возможные результаты влияния экспансии геопространственной деятельности человека на динамику и структуру его идентичности. Во второй части монографии в логику анализа динамики идентичности в символическом хронотопе включается понятие «дисформативной идентичности». Обсуждается этиологическая основа и механизм зарождения и развития патологических (дисфункциональных) по своей родовой сути форм идентификации индивида. Их отличительными чертами являются деградация сложной и многозначной деятельности до упрощенных действий или операций, мгновенность и простота реализации, тенденция к утрате индивидуальности и личной ответственности за счет упрощенных форм идентификации, иллюзия легкого и убедительного нахождения своего устойчивого места в символическом хронотопе. Принципиальным для психологии идентичности является возникновение дисформативных форм идентификации не только и не столько в виде «невинных» диффузных и размытых форм самоидентификации, но и крайне нетерпимых, ригидных и агрессивных проявлений личностных деформаций: радикализма, фундаментализма, экстремизма и терроризма. Теоретическая и научно-практическая значимость состоит в том, что проблема идентичности рассматривается не только как изолированный психологический феномен, но и как междисплинарная проблема, входящая в предметную область фактически всех наук о человеке.

The present monograph is about the study of the influence of spatial-temporal representations on the transformation of the human identity in the course of the cultural-historical development. The relevance of the study is substantiated by the need for the systematic study of the impact of the changes in the cultural-historical environment on the human identity including the technological progress. The scientific innovation of the research is determined by the specific character of the tasks. They are associated with the detection and description of the cognitive-personal factors of the pathological patterns of identification and the development of the radicalist ideology under of the instability of the information society chronotope and the diffusion of the values of postmodern culture. We introduce two new concepts for psychology: "a symbolic chronotope" and "a deformative identity". They enable us to transform ideas (remaining mostly a metaphor for psychology) of the chronotope into a psychologically reasonable construct and to propose possible mechanisms of its influence upon the identity of personality. The first part, "The dynamic identity", offers the authors’ understanding of identity not as a stable and well-defined construct but as "an assemblage point" of personality in a changeable symbolic chronotope inscribed in the cultural-historical context. The evolution of the spatial-temporal perception of the world, of ways of its objectification, of the assessment of metrics and adaptation to the world are under analysis. As a perspective, possible results of the influence of the expansion of the human geospatial activity on the dynamics and structure of the human identity are discussed. The concept of "the deformative identity" is introduced into the logic of the analysis of the identity dynamics in the second part of the monograph. It discusses the etiological basis and mechanism of the origin and development of the pathological (dysfunctional) forms of the individual’s identification. Their distinctive features are the degradation of a complex and meaningful activity to simplified actions or operations, an instantaneous and easy realization, the tendency to lose individuality and one’s personal responsibility at the expense of the simplified forms of identification and the illusion of an easy and convincing determination of their steady place in the symbolic chronotope. The fundamental thing for the psychology of identity is the phenomenon of the disformative forms of identification not only as "innocent" diffuse and blurred forms of identity but as extremely intolerant, rigid and aggressive displays of personality deformation: radicalism, fundamentalism, extremism and terrorism. The principal idea of the paper is to carry out multi-aspect analysis of the connection of the formation and transformation of identity in the symbolic spatial-temporal context. The context is mediated by a technological and sociocultural acceleration in the modern world and possible consequences of those processes for man in the cultural-historical context. The theoretical and scientific-practical relevance is about that fact that the problem of identity is considered not only as a separate psychological phenomenon but as an interdisciplinary problem included in the subject field of all the sciences of man. The matter of the monograph may be employed to develop practical recommendations to monitor and prevent any involvement of individuals with an unbalanced identity in the radicalist structures.
