The present invention includes the steps of: coating an electrode with at least one of electropolymerized boronic acid substituted polyaniline, electropolymerized boronic acid substituted polythiophene, electropolymerized boronic acid substituted polypyrrole, electropolymerized boronic acid substituted carbon nanotube, and electropolymerized boronic acid substituted graphene formed by substituting the hydrogen of a monomer with boronic acid and performing electropolymerization; exposing the electrode to analytes in solutions or air; and measuring impedance generated from the electrode exposed to the analytes. The present invention forms polyaniline by the electropolymerization of an aniline monomer obtained by substituting the hydrogen with the boronic acid in an electrode coating step, and coats the electrode with the polyaniline to be used as a bio sensor. And, in the impedance measuring step, the presence of the analytes is detected from the change of conductivity. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
