Effect of synthesis conditions on the properties of Nd1.5Sr0.5NiO4 obtained by freeze-drying synthesisкурсовая работа (Бакалавр)

- Аннотация: The process of thermal decomposition of salt precursor occurs at T < 550oC. However, the phase formation of Nd1.5Sr0.5NiO4 is completed at 900oC. Single-phase Nd1.5Sr0.5NiO4 complex oxide is obtained by freeze-drying synthesis. XRD analysis of products demonstrates that phase formation processes occur more intensely when PVA is used. According to SEM data, the mean size of crystallite was reduced from 500 nm (1100oC) to 100-150 nm (900oC) by decreasing the synthesis temperature.
