- Аннотация: Single-phase samples of Nd2-xSrxNiO4 (x = 1.4, 1.45) are obtained by freeze-drying synthesis. The processes of thermal decomposition of salt precursors occurs at T < 500°C. However, the phase formation of Nd2-xSrxNiO4 is completed only at 1000° C. The boundary of the solid solutions region for Nd2-xSrxNiO4 at 1100oC is determined (x ≤ 1.45). The mean size of Nd2-xSrxNiO4 crystallites at 1100°C is 500 nm.
