Описание:The course was developed for master's students in the nanobiotechnology program at MSU-BIT University. The section on optical spectroscopy provides information on the optical properties of fluorescence molecules. Optical spectroscopy is presented by modern optical spectral methods such as absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence steady-state spectroscopy, TCSPC (Time-correlated single-photon counting), and induction curves of the fluorescence. The course includes the theoretical terms and laws of optical spectroscopy and the practical part of identifying unknown fluorescent samples by obtaining data and searching for scientific articles. Also, students revealed the optical parameters of photosynthetic organisms in vivo, including induction curves of the fluorescence (OJIP curves). The section ends by writing the report in teamwork with chapters «Introduction», «Materials», «Methods», «Results», «Discussion», and «References» more than 15 pages.
