Описание:The course "Networks and Relationships in the Experience Economy" provides understanding of the role and place of networking in contemporary business. The Experience Economy, Relationship Marketing, and Co-opetition concepts addressed as fundamental basis for networking and value co-creation. Within the course framework, theoretical approaches to understanding collaborative networks systematized; various types of networks discussed, including personal and inter-firm networks, social networks, business ecosystems and clusters. Customer experience management and experience-based innovative business models are in the focus. The course includes interactive workshops with teachers and invited practitioners. Teamwork skills are being developed, as well as the ability to apply network principles in the Experience Economy Industries (tourism and hospitality, culture, etc.)
