Аннотация доклада:
This study provides a detailed genome-based characterization of the A. ustus degradome supported by biochemical evidence of their biosynthesis. The obtained results expand current knowledge of proteolytic systems in filamentous fungi and form a basis for further functional and comparative studies of fungal degradomes.
