Two thermodynamic programs (CHET and EQL) were used for studies of the equilibrium chemical composition of the impact-produced cloud. It is shown that previously used assumption of the constant γ value (frozen composition) leads to overestimation of the quenching pressure and underestimation of the quenching temperature in the impact-produced clouds. Behavior of H-containing containing species during impact events on the Moon is considered. Obtained results can be used for estimation of column densities of impact-produced hydrogen--containing species in the lunar exosphere and studies of behavior of these species on the surface of the Moon.
