The paper examines Turkey's strategic reorientation within the evolving post-Western international order. It analyzes Ankara's shift from a Euro-Atlantic paradigm towards a doctrine of "strategic autonomy," characterized by sustained institutional affiliation with the West alongside a deliberate diversification of foreign policy and economic engagements across Eurasia. The study identifies key drivers, including transatlantic disputes and Asia's growing dynamism, culminating in initiatives like "Asia Anew." It argues that Turkey has carved a unique niche by leveraging multi-vector diplomacy, thereby enhancing its agency within the emerging multipolar architecture without severing its formal Western institutional links.
