The availability of neural networks in the public domain poses completely new challenges for the education system, which aim to create a new generation of specialists capable of effectively using AI services to solve educational and, in the future, professional tasks. The new technological context also sets new requirements for the training of teachers who possess professional neurocompetence, i.e., the ability to use neural networks independently and to teach their students how to use them in a way that aligns with their educational objectives and future professional competencies. As part of the rapidly developing technological progress, the above-mentioned issues have to be addressed in parallel: to adapt the current learning process to the new technological realities and to form a new generation of teachers who can take into account the characteristics of modern students – digital natives – in order to organize an effective educational process in the digital age. The issue of the availability of artificial intelligence services and the related problem of academic fraud are particularly acute in the field of language education, as one of the fundamental aspects of neural networks is their ability to process natural language. The report presents the theoretical developments and the experience of three years of integrating artificial intelligence services into the French language learning process for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students at the Faculty of State Administration at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
